Appointment Information

We realize that there is a lot of information you need to be aware of for your pets appointment. On this page you can find all of our important information, documents and forms that you can explore at your own pace. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

COVID 19 Policies

Based on public health recommendations, clients may now enter the clinic with their pets, however to keep the risk to our clients and patients low, please continue to respect the following guidelines:

  • The clinic is open by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted, and during non-appointment hours the clinic doors will be locked.
  • Masks are no longer required while in the clinic, but we do have a supply available in our lobby.
  • Due to limited space in our lobby and exam room, we ask that only 1 person enters the clinic with their pet (children are of course welcome with a parent).
  • Full curbside service is still available by request.

Booking a Surgery Appointment

All surgery appointments must now be booked online using our “Book An Appointment” form. This ensures that we have all of the required information to promptly process your request. Prior to filling out a request, please check the current eligibility requirements as bookings are currently limited.

Once we receive your completed form, we will contact you via e-mail to offer you a tentative surgery date. You must send a confirmation reply via e-mail within the given timeline in order to secure the offered spot for your pet. If we do not hear from you by the date specified, the appointment will be forfeit and no longer available.

Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as many email programs filter out our messages!

Once you have confirmed that the offered date works for you, we will send you a full booking package via email with all of the information you need to know for your appointment. Please read the document thoroughly as it includes very important fasting instructions that must be followed in order for your pet to have surgery!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please keep in mind our cancellation policy, and note that if we are booked to capacity, you will need to wait until new requests are being accepted again to re-book.

Please note that appointment slots are reserved for you and the specific pet requested. We do not allow any substitutions. Only the pet booked will be accepted at drop-off, and if they have been re-homed, the appointment is not transferable to the new owners.

Booking a Vaccine Appointment

Vaccine appointment requests for new clients must be made online through our “Book an Appointment” form. Existing clients can also choose to request an appointment by phone, however we encourage everyone to use the website – turnaround time is generally shorter online, and the form helps us verify that all of your information remains up to date in our system.
