Booking Surgery or Vaccination Appointments
All appointments are now booked online only using our online booking form here. Please ensure that you fill in all required information accurately, so we can promptly process your request, verify your details, and keep your information up to date in our system. If applicable we will contact you for a deposit. Please check our eligibility requirements here as appointment space is limited.
When we receive your website submission, we will contact you by email within 1-5 business days with your scheduled appointment and the necessary information for your pet’s visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reply by email in a timely manner to avoid incurring a no-show fee. We are happy to work with you if your original appointment slot does not fit your schedule, however we will charge a no-show fee if the cancellation takes place within 24 business hours. This system allows us to use our limited staff most effectively.
Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as many email programs filter out our messages!
One week prior to your pet’s surgery date, you will receive surgical consent forms by email along with additional information regarding your appointment. These forms must be filled out and signed by the registered owner on file. These documents, along with your pet’s prior vaccine records can be emailed back or brought in with you to your pet’s appointment.
Please read the document carefully, as it includes important instructions that must be followed for your pet to have a safe surgery or appointment!
NOTE: Appointment slots are reserved only for you and the specific pet requested. We accept no substitutions! If your pet has been re-homed, it is your sole responsibility to contact us and cancel your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a no show or cancellation fee. The appointment is not transferable to the new owners.
